Glass palettes

Nylon Brushes

Usual Palette Knives

Glass palettes, nylon brushes, and the usual palette Knives are suitable for use with PVA. Wet the brushes before using them, and do not let the PVA dry in the bristles. Wash the brushes in soap and water after each work session. Store the PVA in glass jars or in polyethylene bottles, since metal containers discolor the emulsion. [p. 203]
